The Toyota Supra has become one of those cars we talk about at least once a week, usually more.
No other vehicle this side of the Tesla Model 3, Rivian truck, Porsche Taycan or mid-engined C8 Corvette has gotten more attention than 2020 Toyota Supra unveiled last January.
The recent GR Supra GT4 concept is the latest Supra-related news to make headlines. As we can clearly see from the images below, it’s a race car built to GT4 specifications with a huge rear wing, massive splitter up front, and stripped interior.
We definitely see the 2020 Toyota Supra underneath, however, which is nice. Designed by Toyota Motorsport GmbH in Germany, the GR Supra GT4 could very well be competing in an upcoming GT4 race. Toyota has hinted in the past at a top-of-the-line GRMN Supra which will be an angrier, performance-oriented model and competing in GT4 would certainly lend a model like that some credibility.
The Toyota GR Supra GT4 Concept will be unveiled at the 89th Geneva Auto Show on March 5th.
