2021 Audi RS 6 Avant Priced At $120,400 in Canada

Audi unveiled the price of the RS 6 Avant on its website today

  • The Audi RS 6 will start at just over $120k in Canada

  • Pricing for the 2021 Audi RS 6 in the US was already announced at $109,000

The 2021 Audi RS 6 will start at $120,400 in Canada when it goes on sale later this year. The pricing for the new performance wagon was announced today on Audi Canada’s website.

The configurator isn’t quite live yet, but we probably won’t be waiting too long to learn more about available colors and packages for the 2021 RS 6.

At $120,400, the RS 6 is just $200 more than a Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Wagon.

It’s also $5,000 less than an Audi RS Q8, and about $19,000 more than an Audi S6. It represents a $45,000 jump over the Audi A6 Allroad, but it’s also a completely different car.

Audi also confirmed pricing for the 2021 Audi RS 7 Sportback which will start at $126,400 in Canada, and $114,000 in the US.

The arrival of the RS 6 wagon to North America was one of the biggest announcements of 2019. The car which has been sold in Europe for years is a favorite of enthusiasts, a performance wagon that blends versatility with neck-snapping power.

The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 under the sculpted hood delivers 591 horsepower and a 590 pound-feet of torque. That’s enough to power the 2021 RS 6 Avant to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, and 60 mph in 3.5 seconds.

At this year’s CES, Audi Canada communications manager Cort Nielsen told us that quantities for the RS 6 Avant would be “very limited”, although no number had been confirmed. Chances are, getting your hands on an RS 6 in Canada won’t be easy, but we will venture a guess that given how surprising the decision to finally bring the car here was initially, interested buyers won’t mind waiting a little more.
