This is a very realistic view of the upcoming all-new Tucson.
Last time we got an idea of the cabin.
The new 2021 Hyundai Tucson is only a few months away.
The Tucson is an extremely important model for Hyundai. Only the Elantra outsells it at the moment however we know SUVs, interesting ones, are the main ticket to volume.
This rendering, commissioned by caradvice.com, shows how the Vision T Concept’s overall design would look on a more production-ready vehicle. Most of the action takes place upfront with Hyundai’s busy “Parametric Dynamics” design theme. The front grille treatment and its “Parametric-jewel” pattern might take some getting used to. If anything, it is unlike anything else in the segment.
Compared to the Vision T Concept, the front bumper is slightly less aggressive as the massive air inlets are shrunken and filled with fog- and position lights. The flared front wheel arches are also properly intense but thankfully, the rear’s presentation is far quieter.
The current-generation Hyundai Tucson is fairly bold but if this is what the 2021 Tucson will end up looking like, it will be a radical departure. We’ll know more before year’s end.
