2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Priced from $23,990 in the US

The all-new 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz will bridge the utility gap

  • Top trim Limited is priced at $39,720.

  • The small pickup arrives in late summer.

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz is poised to be something of a hit, especially in the US. Priced from as little as $23,990 for a well-equipped FWD SE model.

For this price, the SE includes a slew of features including an 8-inch display, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, as well as the useful 4.3-foot bed, 3,500lb of towing capacity, and more. The standard 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine, coupled to an 8-speed automatic transmission, can be fitted with AWD for an extra $1,500.

Hyundai Reveals Santa Cruz Crossover Pickup

The SEL starts at $27,190 and ads elements such as blind-spot collision avoidance assist, heated power driver seat, and keyless entry and start. The SEL Premium AWD goes for $35,680 and includes the turbocharged 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine, an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, AWD, and more. The top-trim Limited is priced at $39,720 and delivers a 10.25-inch display, cooled and heated front seats, and far more.

The product structure in Canada differs quite a bit as the base Santa Cruz Preferred model features both AWD and the turbocharged 2.5-litre engine. We’re going to guess that the starting price will be closer to $32,500.

As a comparison, the all-new 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid starts at $19,995 in the US.
