The entry-level GX model starts at $30,200. For this amount, it offers a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine that produces 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. For active safety and comfort, this model will be equipped with adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, brake assist with pedestrian detection, lane keep assist and rear cross traffic alert. The CX-5 Kuro Edition commands $37,700 and it adds an interior offered with a choice of red or black leather. In addition, it has a 7-inch display in the instrument cluster, a dual-memory driver’s seat and driver-adjustable driving modes.

The CX-5 Sport, priced at $40,150, features distinctive body elements that give it a sporty appearance. The interior gets red stitching on the seats, steering wheel and shifter. For an additional $2,200, the 256-hp turbocharged engine can be added.

Priced at $43,350, the CX-5 Signature sits at the top of the range and features body-colored exterior trim, a brown nappa leather interior and real wood appliqués.  It also comes standard with the turbocharged engine and all the active safety features that are optional on other models.
