2024 Honda Prologue Priced From $59,990

The 2024 Honda Prologue fitted with dual motors as standard with range up to 452 km

Honda introduced the 2024 Prologue, its inaugural all-electric SUV, last year. Designed and built with the help of GM, the electric SUV will offer an EPA-estimated range of 452 kilometers on a full charge. With a starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $59,990 for the well-appointed Prologue EX model, Honda is entering in the electric vehicle (EV) market.

2024 Honda Prologue : 5 Questions and Answers

The Prologue features all-wheel drive as a standard feature and a dual-motor setup delivering 288 horsepower and 333 lb.-ft. of torque. The chassis consists in a multi-link front and rear suspension which, according to Honda, is finely tuned for a balance of sporty handling and comfort.

Understanding the need for flexible charging solutions, Honda ensures that the Prologue caters to various user needs. The Prologue’s 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack supports DC fast charging up to 150 kW, allowing for over 100 kilometers of range to be added in approximately 10 minutes. For Canadian customers, the Prologue includes a portable charging kit compatible with both 120V and 240V outlets, the latter offering up to 35km of range per hour.

Every Prologue model is equipped with the comprehensive Honda Sensing suite, a collection of safety and driver-assist technologies. The vehicle doesn’t skimp on luxury and convenience either, with standard features that include:

– 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels

– an 11-inch digital instrument cluster and an 11.3-inch touchscreen display

– Integrated Google services for seamless connectivity

– Compatibility with both Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for effortless smartphone integration

– A wireless phone charging pad

– A 10-way power driver seat with adjustable lumbar support

– Heated front seats

– Dual-zone automatic climate control

– SiriusXM satellite radio
