Lexus adds small upgrades to 2024 RC
Coupe keeps available V8 power
Lexus is overhauling the RC coupe for 2024. The 2024 Lexus RC gains headlamp washers on the base model, with other upgrades including a new paint colour and some small tech upgrades. What it doesn’t get is the more modern Lexus infotainment system.
The Lexus RC line starts with the RC 300 AWD Premium ($56,050). The AWD model gets a version of the company’s 3.5L V6 that makes 260 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. This is the one that adds headlamp washers, but it still comes with 19-inch alloys, a heated wheel, ventilated front seats, and other goodies. Add the F Sport 2 package and get more aggressive styling, adaptive dampers, and – new this year – intuitive parking assist.
Step up to RC 350 F Sport 3 and you get a 311 hp version of the 3.5L V6. It also has a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system and this year adds dark metallic Enkei wheels and the option of Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 or Incognito paint colours with a white cabin.
The 472 hp 5.0L V8 in the RC F ($90,650) stays in the lineup. It gets a power adjustable steering column this year and parking assist. It also adds Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 with a red interior. The RC F performance package is also still available with polished wheels, a carbon roof, and an active carbon rear wing.
The 2024 Lexus RC coupe is on sale now at dealers across the country.
