2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Starts From $69k in Canada

This land is ready for Cruising

  • Nice price for rugged retro SUV?

  • Toyota will offer four models including limited First Edition

Toyota has just announced pricing for the 2024 Land Cruiser. The reborn icon will arrive in Canada this spring, starting from $69,290 and quickly climbing.

The 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser sold in Canada isn’t the Land Cruiser you’ll find in the rest of the world. Well, you will, but it will be called the Land Cruiser Prado in those markets.

Toyota has gone hard on the retro styling for the 2024 Land Cruiser, making it look like a much larger version of a previous Cruiser. The FJ Cruiser, which the brand previously offered in our market.

The 2024 model will come with Toyota’s i-Force Max hybrid powertrain as the standard and only engine. Combined with a 2.4L turbo-four, the system makes 326 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. Peak towing is 6,000 lbs.

Land Cruising starts with the 1958 Edition. That trim, from $69,290, includes round LED headlights to look like the older generations. It will also get a TOYOTA heritage grille. Off-road features include crawl control and an electronic locking rear.

From there, it’s a sharp jump to the $77,290 Land Cruiser trim. It has more modern headlights as well as a power hatch, a 12.3-inch screen, upgraded audio, faux leather seats, heated and ventilated seats, and a front stabilizer disconnect. The Premium Package brings that to $83,290 and includes 20-inch wheels, JBL audio, a head-up display, and more active safety features.

At the top of the line is the 2024 Land Cruiser First Edition from $90,370. That trim is limited to just 290 units for Canada and includes front and transfer case skid plates, rock rails, mud flaps, and some interior luxury upgrades.
