Subaru has just priced the all-new 2025 Forester. Subaru’s compact crossover starts at $33,495, $1,500 more than last year.

The 2025 Subaru Forester has been completely redesigned, starting from the ground up with a stiffened version of the brand’s global platform. Also included this year is the latest version of Subaru’s EyeSight driver assist platform, adding a new wide-angle camera for smoother operation in a wider range of conditions. Emergency Stop Assist is also new and can bring the vehicle to a controlled halt if it detects a non-responsive driver.

The entry Convenience trim includes AWD and a 180-hp 2.5L flat-four engine for $33,495. It also has steering-controlled LED lights, dual-zone climate control, alloy wheels, and dual 7.0-inch center screens. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are standard, as are heated cloth seats.

Touring is an additional $5,000 and adds LED fog lights, body-colour mirror caps, and an 11.6-inch center screen with the wireless versions of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also includes wireless phone charging, a heated wheel, and 10-way power seat adjustment. Sport, $40,995, now includes bronze trim instead of orange, 19-inch wheels, and a sport-tuned suspension. It also has 11-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio and Subaru’s all-weather soft touch leather substitute.

Limited, $42,995, adds GPS navigation with What3words and Subaru’s DriverFocus distraction monitoring system. The seats are leather, and the rear bench is heated. For $44,995, Premier is the top-spec model with gloss black accents, low-profile roof tails, and leather and Ultrasuede seating with ventilation, finished in black or brown.

Expect the 2025 Subaru Forester at Delaers in early summer.
