Infiniti has launched the 2026 QX80 in Canada, marking the debut of the luxury SUV’s first Sport trim and introducing a wide range of updated driver-assistance and convenience technologies. The QX80 is available now in three grades: LUXE, SPORT, and AUTOGRAPH.

The new Sport grade features a blacked-out design with dark exterior accents, a unique grille and bumper, and exclusive 22-inch wheels. Interior upgrades include a Dusk Blue cabin with dark matte chrome finishes, open-pore wood trim, and black/blue seat inserts across all three rows. Exterior paint options for the Sport grade include Mineral Black, Grand Blue, Radiant White, and Dynamic Metal. The latter two can be paired with a contrasting Black Obsidian roof.
Inside, the QX80 features twin 14.3-inch digital displays and a 9-inch touchscreen for climate control. Google built-in functionality enables direct access to Google Maps, Assistant, and apps via Google Play. A panoramic moonroof and wireless phone charging are also available. Each row includes USB-C ports capable of rapid charging, while heated third-row seats and massaging functions for front and second-row seats improve passenger comfort.

The 2026 QX80 offers several new visual assist technologies. These include Front Wide View, providing a 170-degree front perspective; Invisible Hood View, which overlays a view beneath the vehicle; and the segment-first Ultra Wide View.
Infiniti equips the QX80 with a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine rated at 450 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, paired to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The SUV retains a standard towing capacity of 8,500 pounds. Air suspension with selectable height modes assists with cargo loading, highway aerodynamics, and off-road clearance. The Dynamic Digital Suspension system continuously adapts to driving conditions to improve ride comfort and handling stability.
