The 2026 Nissan Rogue PHEV Platinum will arrive at Canadian dealerships in early 2026 with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at $58,698, or $61,557 with fees. The model is Nissan’s first plug-in hybrid offered in Canada and the United States.

Though the 2026 Rogue PHEV’s starting price is $10,000 more than the base Outlander PHEV, the Rogue is based on the GT S-AWC Mitsubishi, which retails for $58,098 before fees. There’s therefore no premium paid for the Nissan.

The Rogue PHEV Platinum comes standard with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 9-inch infotainment screen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, LED fog lamps, and heated front seats. It also adds a 10-inch head-up display, a nine-speaker Bose sound system, a panoramic power sunroof, heated rear seats, and leather-appointed upholstery.

The Rogue plug-in hybrid, like the 2025 Outlander, offers an estimated 61 km of all-electric driving on a fully charged 20 kWh battery and up to 679 km of total range. Fuel consumption is estimated at 3.7 Le/100 km, or 9 L/100 km on gasoline only. Standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive is included. Total system output is 248 horsepower and 322 lb-ft of torque, enabling quicker acceleration than the gasoline-only 2026 Rogue.

The PHEV Rogue is a placeholder for what comes next. Its launch will be followed by the Nissan Rogue Hybrid e‑POWER, due in late 2026. The next-generation model will use Nissan’s third-generation e-POWER system, engineered for Canada and the U.S., delivering electrically driven acceleration without requiring external charging. We are very much looking forward to it.
