2026 Nissan Z Heritage Edition Inspired by Legendary Z32 300ZX

For the “Twin Turbo” sticker on the spoiler alone, the Heritage Edition 2026 Nissan Z is worth a look

  • Heritage Edition recalls the 1990s Z32 with bronze wheels and “Twin Turbo” badging.

  • Exclusive to Z Performance trim, Heritage package priced at $2,940 on top of base MSRP in the U.S.

  • 2026 Nissan Z arrives this month, available in Sport, Performance, and high-output NISMO grades.

Nissan has revealed the most appealing non-NISMO RZ34 of them all in the 2026 Z Heritage Edition. The special edition car builds on the Z Performance grade and incorporates several design elements that reference the early 1990s Nissan 300ZX, also known as the Z32.

The Heritage Edition package adds bronze 19-inch RAYS wheels, a carbon-fibre rear spoiler with a period-correct “Twin Turbo” badge, and bronze “Twin Turbo” side graphics. Interior changes include exclusive floor mats and unique door kick plates. The model is finished in desirable and exclusive Midnight Purple, a paint colour once reserved for Nissan performance models such as the GT-R.

The Heritage Edition is priced at $55,910 in the U.S. and is available exclusively with the Z Performance trim. The base 2026 Nissan Z Sport starts at $42,970, while the top-tier NISMO variant begins at $65,750.

The Canadian Nissan Z trim walk is identical. As such, if offered, we expect the Heritage Edition will also be reserved for the Performance, which is priced just under $65,000, including fees, for the 2025 model year. We guess that the package will retail for between $4,000 and $5,000.

The Sport and Performance models are powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic with paddle shifters.

Performance models add a mechanical limited-slip differential, Nissan Performance Brakes, and Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires on 19-inch forged aluminum-alloy wheels. Technology upgrades include a 9-inch touchscreen with navigation, an eight-speaker Bose audio system, and NissanConnect Services with Wi-Fi hotspot.

Canadian pricing and availability details have not been confirmed; however, they should be forthcoming.
