2027 Ram TRX SRT is once again the most power ICE pickup in the world.
Supercharged 6.2L V8 produces 777 hp and 680 lb.-ft. of torque.
Bloodshot Night Edition package adds exclusive styling features for $13,495.
Ram has announced Canadian pricing for the 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT, and it ain’t cheap. The high-performance off-road pickup carries a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $144,995 before a $2,995 destination charge. The truck will arrive at selected Canadian dealerships this fall.
Power comes from a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 producing, in case you missed it, 777 hp and 680 lb.-ft. of torque. Ram says the TRX delivers more horsepower per dollar than any premium full-size off-road pickup. We did the math for you…

The truck uses a full-time four-wheel-drive system and includes Launch Control as standard equipment. The estimated time to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h is only 3.5 seconds, and the maximum speed is 190 km/h.
Off-road capability remains in focus for the TRX, despite the plumes of tire smoke. The pickup rides on 35-inch tires and uses Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive shocks combined with Ram Active Terrain Dynamics suspension management. Ground clearance measures 30 cm (11.8 inches), while rear axle travel reaches up to 36 cm, or 14.2 inches.

Inside the cabin, the TRX gets luxury-like kit. Standard equipment includes 12-way power front seats with memory, heating, ventilation and massage functions. Rear passengers receive heated and ventilated reclining seats.
The interior also incorporates extended leather and suede surfaces with red contrast stitching, real carbon-fibre trim and TRX badging. A 900-watt Harman Kardon audio system with 19 speakers and a 10-inch subwoofer is standard.

Technology features include a 14.5-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a configurable head-up display with a 10-inch field of view. The truck also receives a 360-degree camera system and dual wireless charging pads.
For the first time, the TRX includes Hands-Free Active Drive Assist Level 2+ capability as standard equipment.
Available options include a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, bed-mounted exterior tire carrier and off-road running boards. Buyers can also select 18-inch beadlock-capable wheels and exterior graphics packages.

Ram is also introducing the Bloodshot Night Edition package, priced at $13,495. The package adds a hand-painted black upper body finish with a Flame Red centre stripe, exclusive side graphics, red-accented interior details, a glass-encased console badge and unique carbon-fibre trim with red anodized threads. Satin Black beadlock-capable wheels with Satin Titanium rings complete the appearance package.
Final thought: What if Ram offered a stripped-down version, potentially a few hundred pounds lighter with a Tradesman-inspired interior? 0-96km/h in 3 seconds?
The 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT is scheduled to reach Canadian dealerships this fall.
