6-Wheel Tuned Mercedes-Benz X-Class Pickup Has Us Drooling

This highly-modified 6-wheel Mercedes-Benz X-Class has everyone going crazy right now, and with good reason. I mean, just look at this thing.

Designed by a new division of Carlex Design called Pickup Design, and called the Exy Monster X Concept (?), this beast could be headed to a trendy neighborhood near you.

Every single body panel is made of carbon fiber, and every component of this concept is bigger, wider, and more aggressive. That’s really the best way to sum it all up. We don’t quite know yet what is powering the Exy Monster X Concept, but it probably won’t be the X-Class’ base turbodiesel engine that makes less than 300 horsepower and just 406 pound-feet of torque.

That’s not nearly enough power for something that looks like this. We also don’t know anything else about the specs or if it will even be built. But if there was ever an example of the old saying “build it and they will come”, this has to be it.
