Jeep continues its Twelve 4 Twelve anniversary rollout with the introduction of the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys 392, the fourth of 12 limited-run models planned for the brand’s year-long celebration. This latest edition fuses the unmistakable identity of the Willys nameplate with the brute force of a 6.4-litre HEMI V-8, delivering a combination of heritage styling and high-output off-road performance.
Jeep Launches Wrangler and Gladiator 85th Anniversary Editions with Plenty of Plaid
Positioned as a tribute to 85 years of Jeep off-road capability, the Willys 392 pairs traditional design cues with the most powerful engine ever installed in a Willys-badged Wrangler. The result is a factory-built V-8 Wrangler that leans heavily on nostalgia while embracing modern engineering.
“Our Wrangler Willys has always represented the purest expression of Jeep capability,” said Bob Broderdorf, Jeep CEO. “Our community has been clear, they want a Wrangler that returns to a more classic, back-to-basics formula, paired with the unmistakable power of a V-8. The Wrangler Willys 392 is our answer, building on our commitment to expand V-8 availability across the Wrangler lineup. It delivers the heritage simplicity people love, the HEMI performance they’ve been asking for and the kind of value that makes this Jeep more accessible than ever. It celebrates everything that built this brand while pushing Jeep excitement into its next era.”

Heritage Design Meets Modern Comfort
While capability remains the headline, Jeep has not overlooked comfort and technology. The Willys 392 includes Willys hood decals and heritage 4WD rear graphics, along with full LED exterior lighting.
Inside, the cabin blends rugged character with upscale appointments. Standard features include Nappa leather heated and power-adjustable front seats, an Alpine nine-speaker premium audio system with subwoofer and 552-watt amplifier, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with integrated navigation. Four programmable auxiliary switches and the Trailer Tow Package round out the functional equipment list.
For spring 2026, Jeep will also introduce a new exterior paint option called Goldilocks, described as a rich, heritage-inspired colour designed to broaden the model’s visual appeal.
V-8 Power at the Core
At the centre of the Willys 392 is Jeep’s 6.4-litre HEMI V-8, producing 470 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. The naturally aspirated engine is engineered to tackle sand dunes, rock shelves and steep backcountry grades with authority. A two-mode dual exhaust system allows drivers to select between a quieter setting and a more aggressive exhaust note, reinforcing the model’s performance credentials.

Built for Serious Terrain
The Wrangler Willys 392 arrives with an extensive roster of standard hardware aimed squarely at off-road use. Jeep equips the model with:
- 35-inch BFGoodrich KO2 tires mounted on 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels (28.1 centimetres / 11.1 inches of ground clearance)
- Tru-Lok electronic locking rear differential
- Selec-Trac full-time transfer case
- Third-generation Dana 44 heavy-duty solid front axle and full-float rear axle
- 56 axle ratio
- Rock rails
- Winch-capable steel front bumper
- Steel rear bumper
- Cold air intake hood with water separator
These components position the Willys 392 as one of the most trail-focused Wranglers in the lineup, combining mechanical grip, structural durability and V-8 output in a factory-backed package.

Canadian Pricing and Availability
