Another Fantastic Barn Find Hunter Episode: European Car Lover’s Dream

Episode #70 of Hagerty's Barn Find Hunters is a keeper.

  • This is a video is you love European vintage cars.
  • Plan for 45 minutes and a place to sit down comfortably.

You’re midway through the Holidays and you need time to recover from over-eating (and possibly drinking…) before New Year’s partying rolls around. There are few better ways to chill than to watch episodes of Hagerty’s Barn Find Hunter. This episode, #70, is especially enticing if you love European cars.

What’s great about this series of videos, aside from the cars, is the host. Tom Cotter is a car guy’s car guy that isn’t solely interested in American muscle or German post-war cars, he loves them all. He’s also exceptionally knowledgeable about all of these cars. He should be – he’s written 16 books on the subject!

Episode #70 is truly a mid-blower. It features loads of vintage Porsches, VWs, a few Mercedes-Benz, and other interesting pieces. As much as possible, make sure there are no kids around as you’ll be cussing out loud and wishing you had $10k lying around to buy the diesel Rabbit Caddy to add to your collection – or maybe that’s just me.

Do be warned however, if you watch this video: You will want to watch the entire series. Hagerty’s Barn Find Hunter and Tom have been all over the US and found some incredible pieces everywhere. And again, what we love about the series is that a Nash will get nearly as much love as an original AC Cobra.

Once more, enjoy!
