APR USA Has Imported A New Audi S3 And Volkswagen Golf GTI

APR USA has received a new Volkswagen GTI and Audi S3 from APR Deutschland / Stoll Automotive for more speed

  • Both are European-spec cars.

  • They are using the cars to develop and tune them ahead of their arrival in North America.

  • APR is a world-renown VW Group car tuner.

The good news is that North America will get the all-new Volkswagen GTI and Audi S3. The bad news is that we’ll get only the GTI and Golf R, and not the Golf, and the S3 will more than likely have only four doors. The really good news for tuning enthusiasts is that APR will be ready when they arrive.

APR knows a thing or two about modifying and tuning Volkswagen Group products. They’ve provided aftermarket parts for VWs and Audis for nearly 25 years. In their efforts to remain ahead of the game, they’ve imported these two hotly-anticipated cars in order to be ready when speed fans coming knocking on their doors for parts and upgrades.

So far, they’ve determined that some of the parts they fitted to the previous-generation cars will work for the new ones while others, such as the exhaust system for the GTI, will need to be tweaked. They did get a head start at their German shop but will complete the work in Alabama. Based on their recent Facebook Live post, they will be ready when the production models arrive later this year.
