Output jumps to 365 horsepower.
Also available are various wheel and exhaust upgrades.
If you’re a Volkswagen or Audi fan and enthusiast, you’ve no doubt heard of ABT-Sportsline. They’ve modified numerous cars over the years, and in fact, call themselves “The world‘s largest tuner.” They’ve been at it for more than 50 years and have been quite successful. This time, they focus their know-how on the new Audi S3.
The first upgrade comes in the form of more power. The car’s output is of 306-horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque from its 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine and 295 lb.-ft. of torque. Through the use of the high-tech ABT engine control unit, power rises to 365 horsepower and 332 torques. These are not quite RS 3 numbers but they are impressive nonetheless.
Further upgrading the new S3 is a selection of alloy wheels. Two options are sized 20 inches with either a gloss-black or mystic black finish. A 19-inch wheel is also available. Next spring, ABT will add a stainless steel exhaust system complete with quad matte black tailpipes each with a 102mm diameter.
ABT Sportsline has an online configurator if you want to build your dream S3.
