A new “bronze selection” is also introduced.
Power for the TTS competition plus jumps to 315 horsepower.
The bronze selection models get numerous bronze accents.
The Audi TTS is an always impressive driving tool. Its dimensions, power, and chassis setup provide it with an ideal mix of speed and dynamic handling. The TTS competition plus dials up the experience with a boost in output and a number of must-have driving enhancements.
The main upgrade made to the competition plus is an increase in power from the Audi TTS’ TFSI turbocharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine. Horsepower swells to 315 (from 288) and torque rises to 295 lb.-ft. (from 280). Through the included 7-speed S tronic automated manual transmission and the quattro permanent AWD, the TTS Coupé launches from a standstill to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in 4.5 seconds (Roadster: 4.8 seconds). Also included is the Audi magnetic ride controlled shock absorber system.
Completing the TTS competition plus package are LED headlights, wrapped Audi rings on the side sills, red brake calipers, and high-gloss black 10-spoke 20-inch wheels. A fixed rear wing, dark exterior accents complement the Chronos gray, glacier white, tango red, and turbo blue available exterior paint finishes. The cabin is swathed in exclusive Nappa leather with contrast stitching, various unique interior inlays including carbon fibre and Alcantara, and more.
The TT and TTS bronze selection cars will feature elements of the seat trims, center console, and air vents in a fine bronze paint finish, and copper contrasting stitching adorns the sport seats plus. Exterior changes include bronze 5-V-spoke star design 20-inch wheels which are matched to the available chronos gray, glacier white, and mythos black exterior colours.
The TTS competition plus goes on sale in Germany now while the bronze selection cars will be available for order and deliveries in the spring of 2021.
