The E SUV concept is a fairly large electric SUV built on the Advanced Digitized Platform (ADP), a digital-first architecture co-developed with SAIC. The SUV measures 5,057 mm (identical to the new 2027 Kia Telluride) in length, 2,042 mm in width, and 1,786 mm in height, with a 3,060 mm wheelbase. Power comes from two electric motors, one on each axle, delivering a combined 500 kW (670 hp) and enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately five seconds.

The 109-kWh battery supports a range of more than 700 km under China’s CLTC test cycle. Using the 800-volt platform, the battery can recharge 320 km of range in 10 minutes at a fast-charging station. The vehicle also incorporates the AUDI 360 Driving Assist System, a suite of features optimized for local traffic scenarios including city congestion, highway driving, and automated parking.

Design-wise, the concept vehicle showcases a distinct SUV silhouette with a monolithic profile, short overhangs, sculpted surfaces, and upright digital Matrix LED headlights integrated into a black wraparound lighting band. The design continues AUDI’s China-specific language, which is all about presence and proportion.

This SUV is the second model under the AUDI brand, following the launch of the E5 Sportback in September 2025. The AUDI brand was introduced in 2024 as a joint venture between Audi and SAIC, targeting segments in China’s intelligent EV space with a product line separate from the global Audi portfolio.

Audi continues to grow its presence in China through its two-partner, two-brand strategy involving SAIC and FAW. In the second half of 2025, five new locally developed models entered the market. Among them is the new Audi A6L e-tron, the first fully electric version of Audi’s long-running A6L sedan line. The electric variant features China-specific technology and a 107-kWh battery capable of 770 km range (CLTC), produced by the Audi FAW NEV Company in Changchun.
