It celebrates last year’s record-breaking run.
All are W12-powered Continental GTs.
35% off the production will include the Mountain Decal Event livery
Bentley’s past is deeply rooted in motorsports and high-performance cars. It’s no wonder then that the British carmaker achieved the record for the fastest production SUV, with the Bentayga, in 2018, and production car in 2019.
In order to properly celebrate last year’s record, Bentley with Mulliner will build 15 examples of the Pikes Peak Continental GT special edition. Each car will feature the 626-horsepower twin-turbocharged W12 engine, Radium by Mulliner paintwork, carbon fibre body kit, Acid Green brake disc calipers, and Pirelli P Zero Colour Edition Tires. Further exclusivity will be given to 35% of the 15 units as they will include the optional mountain decal, the same as the record-holding vehicle.
Said record-holder beat the old time by 8.4 seconds over the 12.42-mile course in Colorado. The car, driven by seasoned champion Rhys Millen, climbed almost 5,000 ft. and clipped 156 corners in only 10 minutes, 18.4 seconds.
The 15 unit allocation is sold out and deliveries, from New Zealand to North America, will begin in September.
