SC780 package raises CT5-V Blackwing output by 112 to 780 hp.
Upgrade is compatible with six-speed manual and 10-speed automatic transmissions.
Callaway includes warranty coverage, carbon-fibre components, and serialized vehicle identification features.
Callaway Cars has unveiled its new SC780 performance package for the 2024 through 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. Critically, output rises like a phoenix from the supercharged sport sedan’s 6.2L LT4 V8 to 780 hp while miraculously retaining compatibility with both available transmissions.
The upgrade package is built around Callaway’s GenFour supercharger system, which increases supercharger displacement from the factory 1,740 cc unit to a nice round 3,000 cc. According to the company, the larger positive-displacement supercharger helps increase engine output from the stock 668 hp to 780 hp, while torque rises slightly from 659 lb-ft to 673 lb-ft. This was done to spare the rear tires excessive torture…

A key component of the package is Callaway’s TripleCooled three-element intercooling system. The design reduces intake charge temperatures and helps limit heat-related power loss during high-performance driving conditions, which should be commonplace.
Unlike many aftermarket power upgrades developed exclusively around automatic transmissions, the SC780 package is available for both the CT5-V Blackwing’s six-speed manual gearbox and its 10-speed automatic. Not only does this allow owners to keep Caddy’s enthusiast-focused manual transmission option while accessing additional performance, but it also gives you an idea of how robust the clutch, pressure plate, springs, and so on are.

Beyond mechanical upgrades, the package includes several visual and identification elements, not that the Blackwing needs more visual highlights. Standard equipment features a carbon-fibre hood scoop, carbon-fibre engine covers carrying SC780 branding, custom electronic powertrain calibration, serialized identification plaques, branded key fobs, embroidered floor mats, and exterior and interior badging.
Each vehicle also receives an underhood plaque displaying its vehicle identification number and an authenticity documentation package. Incredibly, Callaway backs the SC780 package with a three-year/36,000-mile (58,000 km) limited warranty.
Additional options include a Callaway sport exhaust system, sport pedal sets for manual and automatic vehicles, an embroidered vehicle cover, detailing kit, and extended powertrain coverage that increases protection to five years or 60,000 miles or 96,561 km…
Customers can arrange delivery through Callaway’s Connecticut and California facilities. Track-time-hungry buyers can opt for vehicle delivery and driving experiences at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park in Connecticut.
The SC780 package is available for 2024, 2025 and 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing models. Callaway has not announced pricing and advises prospective customers to contact authorized dealers or the company directly for ordering information.
