Chevy Corvette Can Get Lambo Doors For Just $3,000 Thanks to Eikōn Motorsport

  • Eikōn Motorsport offers a scissor door conversion kit for the new C8 Chevy Corvette
  • The kit costs $2,999 and can also be installed for you
  • Lambo doors for the C8 Corvette are reversible and come with a lifetime warranty

The new C8 generation has pushed the iconic Chevy Corvette even closer to exotic car levels. The new design, and more importantly the new mid-engine layout, give the new 2020 Chevy Corvette a very different feel from the last Corvette models.

Those were fast, but they were unrefined fast in the eyes of many purists. The new Corvette’s engineering puts it in the same ballpark as some much more exclusive, expensive, and exotic automobiles. Cars that may even, in some cases, have scissor doors.

But what if having a new Corvette isn’t good enough? What if you’re worried that soon, the C8 Corvette will be at every gas station, trendy downtown restaurant or supermarket (it won’t) and you are worried you’ll lost everyone’s attention? If that’s the case, opt for a new set of lambo doors for your Corvette built by Vertical Doors and sold by Eikōn Motorsport.

2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray First Drive Review

For $2,999, you can get the doors delivered to you with everything you need to install them. Eikōn Motorsports is currently offering the installation at no extra charge, however, so you may want to take advantage of that. The doors use the same factory bolt pattern as traditional Corvette doors, but the video below shows that the vertical doors don’t just snap into place.

The free installation is for a limited time only. The usual cost of the doors is $4,300 installed.
