The 2023 Cadillac Lyriq starts at $62,900 in the United States and $69,898 in Canada for the base Luxury trim, including freight and delivery charges. On the other hand, Acura is positioning the 2024 ZDX A-SPEC at more than $80,000 Canadian dollars, with the higher-performance Type S variant commanding a higher price of $90,000 Canadian dollars.
Powertrain Information:
The 2023 Cadillac Lyriq is equipped with a single electric motor for the rear-wheel-drive variant, offering 340 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque. It uses a 100 kWh battery pack and provides a driving range of 312 miles (EPA-certified) or 502 kilometers (NRCan-certified). An AWD variant with dual electric motors producing a combined output of 500 horsepower will also be available, though its torque rating and driving range are yet to be specified.
The 2024 Acura ZDX EV features a powertrain similar to the Chevrolet Blazer EV, employing GM’s Ultium platform.
