Kia will unveil its EV2 B-segment electric SUV in Brussels on January 9, 2026.
The EV2 is designed, developed, and soon to be produced entirely in Europe.
Model offers compact dimensions, smart EV features, and aligns with Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design language.
Kia will debut the EV2, a new all-electric B-segment SUV, on January 9, 2026, at the Brussels Motor Show. The model is positioned as an entry-level vehicle in Kia’s growing European EV lineup and will be revealed at 10:40 a.m. local time at the company’s stand in Hall 5, Booth 3.
On that day, Kia will have a significant presence in no fewer than seven key EV segments. It joins the EV3 (subcompact SUV), EV4 (compact car), EV5 (compact SUV), EV6 (midsize SUV), EV9 (large SUV), and PV5 (passenger and commercial minivan). And there’s more to come.
The EV2 has been designed, developed, and will be produced in Europe. Kia stated the vehicle is tailored to meet the needs of European consumers seeking compact, zero-emissions transport options.
The subcompact SUV features an adjustable interior space and incorporates smart EV features, connectivity, and technology. The vehicle design is made in the brand’s ‘Opposites United’ design language, aimed at combining aesthetics with functional innovation.
“With the EV2, we reaffirm our commitment to make electric mobility truly accessible to a broader audience—without compromise,” said Marc Hedrich, President & CEO of Kia Europe. “This compact SUV delivers the innovation and the spirit of our larger EVs while fitting seamlessly into everyday life in Europe.”
In addition to the EV2 debut, Kia will showcase the GT versions of the EV3, the EV4 Hatchback, and the EV5 at the Brussels Motor Show, which runs from January 10 to 18, 2026.
