Daymark is a manufacturer of light electric vehicles (LEVs) that will unveil a new prototype of an electric three-wheeled car on December 17 in Toronto.
This new vehicle, called the Spiritus, will be the fastest three-wheeler and the first electric vehicle to mine cryptocurrency in the world.
This will be the first prototype made and five others will follow to be used to fine tune the final design.
The event will be held at the York University and the company will invite the press, investors and potential partners to showcase the prototype in order to generate their interest and in the hopes of finding companies in the battery field that would like to work with them.
The company will take the opportunity to make announcement concerning its future during the launch. Notably, Daymark employed Gabriel Losif, an automotive engineering specialist with over 25 years of experience in the domain. His expertise will be a great help to the company since he previously worked on electric vehicles and racing cars and was previously employed by prestigious companies such as Bugatti and Ferrari.
Daymark will also explain in further detail the workings of its Nebula cryptocurrency suite that will be included in the Spiritus.
The company wants to build 50,000 units of the Spiritus three-wheeler in the next few years in a new 425,000 square foot factory in Ontario whose blueprints are currently being finalised. This manufacturing project would create hundreds of jobs in the province.
The Spiritus is the first product of the company’s Avvenire line of electric vehicles and it will launch to the public in 2023.
