All of the best Prancing Horse-badged hypercars
Visitors can also explore the One-Off and Tailor-Made programs
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the most Ferrari theme park in the world is open once again, and to help mark 10 years of the most prancing-horse place on earth they’ve launched a new Hypercars exhibition. The new experience copies the limited-volume cars that are on display at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and are just part of what is planned leading up to that 10-year party in November.
The showcase includes cars you’d expect, like the La Ferrari hypercar as well as the Enzo that came before it, but there are some that you might not have expected. There is a 288 GTO on display, the pre-F40 model that helped launch the company’s road cars into turbocharging. An F40 is on display, too, as is the F50. The last one, and the only one that isn’t red, is a 512tdf. The V12-powered homage to the Tour de France road race. For cars, not the cycling event.
Ferrari will also be showing off the One-Off and Tailor-Made programs. The first is the branch of the company that, well, makes one-off cars for customers. Extremely important customers who want their Ferrari not to have just some paintwork and interior changes, but to be like nothing else on the road. The second is still exclusive but is more of a customisation arm for making existing cars slightly different in appearance.
The park also has rides and other exhibits and is operating at just 30 percent capacity as part of its COVID-related precautions.
