- The auction pairs the first production 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT with a RealTruck-customized 2005 Ram SRT-10, creating a direct link between two generations of high-performance Ram pickups.
- With 777 horsepower in production form and more than 900 horsepower targeted following a Direct Connection upgrade, the Rumble Bee SRT is expected to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds.
- Barrett-Jackson will waive its fees and commissions, allowing 100% of the hammer price to benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation and UFC Foundation as part of an auction commemorating the 25th anniversary of September 11.
The Legacy of the Viper-Powered Ram SRT-10
More than two decades ago, the Dodge Ram SRT-10 rewrote the rules for performance pickups by placing the Viper’s massive 8.3-litre V10 under the hood. The result became one of the most memorable performance trucks ever produced and remains highly regarded among enthusiasts today.

Barrett-Jackson will celebrate that heritage at its upcoming Las Vegas auction on Friday, September 11, bringing two generations of high-performance Ram pickups together on the same auction block: a customized 2005 Ram SRT-10 and its spiritual successor, the all-new 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT.
A Performance Pickup Auction for a Good Cause
Scheduled to take place at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, this will be far from a conventional collector-car auction. The two trucks will be offered together as a single lot, with the entire hammer price benefiting the Folds of Honor Foundation, which provides educational scholarships to the families of fallen or disabled military members and first responders.

A portion of the proceeds will also support Hispanic-focused charitable initiatives through the UFC Foundation, coinciding with Mexican Independence Day weekend.
In a notable move, Barrett-Jackson will waive all fees and commissions so that the full amount raised can go to the charities. The timing also carries particular significance, as the auction will take place on the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, honouring the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives as well as the courage of first responders.
Dana White and Craig Jackson to Take the Stage
UFC President Dana White will join Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO Craig Jackson on stage to help drive bidding, highlighting the collaboration between Ram, RealTruck, Barrett-Jackson and the combat sports organization.
The main attraction, however, will be the 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT. The truck will be the first retail production example and will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind model through additional customization by Ram and Direct Connection.

777-HP Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT Targets 274 km/h
The 2027 Rumble Bee lineup introduces an unusual performance-focused pickup configuration, combining a Quad Cab, short bed and widebody design. Three HEMI V8 powertrains will be offered.
At the top of the range, the Rumble Bee SRT features a supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI Hellcat V8 producing 777 horsepower and 680 lb-ft of torque. Ram claims a 0-100 km/h time of 3.4 seconds and an 11.6-second quarter-mile, while targeting a top speed of approximately 274 km/h (170 mph).
More Than 900 Horsepower for the Barrett-Jackson Rumble Bee
The truck heading to Barrett-Jackson will take performance even further. It will receive a Direct Connection upgrade featuring a 3.0-litre supercharger, with output targeted at more than 900 horsepower.

Additional modifications include a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust system and Brembo brake calipers. Visually, the one-off Rumble Bee will feature a two-tone Molten Red Pearl and Diamond Black Crystal Pearl exterior complemented by 22-inch satin-finish wheels.
The combination turns an already extreme performance pickup into what could become a particularly significant Ram collector vehicle.
According to Tim Kuniskis, the 2027 Rumble Bee SRT represents where Ram is heading, while the Viper-powered SRT-10 represents where the brand came from. Bringing the two together effectively connects two very different eras of American performance pickups.
We will keep you posted on the final selling price.
