Genesis X a Stunning New GT Concept

Build it tonight, tonight, tonight

  • A stunning concept that would look right next to any six-figure GT

  • X Concept a look at future of brand

Genesis has just launched a stunning concept. The Genesis X Concept is an electric high-performance coupe that looks like it could easily have come from the golden age of BMW or even Aston Martin. In short, this car wouldn’t look out of place beside any of the GT establishment.

“The car that we are unveiling today is a concept car that embodies the essential elements that Genesis pursues in its designs. Please take a moment to meet the future of Genesis design through this concept car, which embodies our brand’s progressive and audacious spirit” said Jay Chang, Global Head of the Genesis Brand.

The car takes the new two lines element that has become the signature of the brand, that’s most apparent in the twin-stacked headlights and marker lights (that are also on its latest production cars) and extends the theme throughout the interior, even the charging ports inside.

It’s easily the most beautiful vehicle to wear the Genesis name, showing both muscle and elegance in a way that will probably never make production, no matter how much we hope it might. Genesis is banking on the two lines look, and here it’s found on the air vents, the thin lines in the rear side glass, and even the mirrors.

No driveline details were given, instead, this one is all about style. That means you can expect to see many of the cues found on this GT on the brand’s upcoming crossovers and sedans. Since the car can’t get a traditional auto show reveal, Genesis has created a new digital motor show site to let you see 360-degree views of the car, inside and out.
