Handcrafted 2023 Acura TLX Type S PMC Edition Goes on Sale Later This Year

The 2023 TLX Type S PMC Edition will be the fifth vehicle handcrafted in Acura’s Performance Manufacturing Center

  • It will be offered in limited numbers.

  • The Type S PMC Edition will be available in three NSX-derived paint colors.

The new Acura TLX Type S is the most powerful and best-performing sedan from Honda’s premium brand. With 355 horsepower courtesy of the twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6, the TLX Type S has plenty going for it but now, buyers and enthusiasts will be able to opt for an ultra-exclusive PMC Edition.

The most immediate difference with the “regular” Type S will be the performance sedan’s colour schemes. They will be offered in one of three NSX-derived premium colors: Curva Red, 130R White, and Long Beach Blue. NSX-inspired Y-spoke 20-inch lightweight wheels will highlight these unique colours. As a bonus, they will be painted in a new Copper-finish, a first for an Acura model.
