Latest concept said to preview new Infiniti design
Monograph name previously used on production-ready SUVs
Infiniti is getting ready to show us a new design language once again. The automaker will be bringing a new concept car to Pebble Beach to show off, along with scale design models from the company’s archive.
It seems like Infiniti has been revealing new design concepts more often than it is presenting us with new vehicles, and it appears that might be happening once again. The new vehicle will be called the QX Monograph, a name the company has used several times on concept vehicles before. Including the 2020 QX80 Monograph and the QX60 Monograph in 2022.
Infiniti isn’t saying much about this one yet, just some design-speak like “the vehicle has bold proportions and previews striking design elements, including the evolution of Infiniti’s double-arched grille and “digital piano key” lighting.”
The debut will happen on August 17th at Pebble Beach, one of the world’s most prestigious (read: expensive) automotive events. Company design boss Alfonso Albaisa will be there to do a walk-around of the concept and hopefully give us a hint as to when we can expect new models at dealers.
Along with the concept, Infiniti will have quarter-scale design models from the company archives on hand. The display will include Skyline reference models and others.
