Infiniti To Unveil Qs Inspiration Concept At Shanghai Motor Show

In two weeks, during the Auto Shanghai 2019, Infiniti will reveal the Qs Inspiration concept. It will represent the brand’s electrified form language.

After unveiling the QX Inspiration SUV, the Japanese manufacturer does it again and will present its vision of the sports sedan of the future with the Qs Inspiration concept. The Qs Inspiration will serve as a flexible platform that can be used to market the next electrified vehicles of the brand.

Thirty years ago, the arrival of the Q45 sedan was, according to the manufacturer, a technological revolution in the automotive world. The unveiling of the Qs Inspiration concept should be of the same calibre, the automaker says.

As it’s always the case with car shows, the manufacturer only shares a teaser. In this case, Infiniti is showing a render of the concept. Although the silhouette of the Qs Inspiration is visible, the details are minimal.

Infiniti says the cabin will have two major attributes: a sleek cockpit and a comfortable area for the passengers. Until now, nothing new! On the engine side, we’re talking about electrified powertrains (not necessarily 100% electric). It can be stipulated that the VC-T type variable compression engine and hybrid systems be possibly involved in the Infiniti Qs Inspiration. Who knows!

We will know more about it on April 15th at the Shanghai Motor Show.
