Jeep Compass First Edition UK launch confirmed for Q3 2025, starting from £35,700 ($66,000 CDN).
EV model offers 310-mile (499 km) range, 213 hp, and 30-minute DC charging to 80% capacity.

Jeep has confirmed that UK orders for the Compass First Edition will open in Q3 2025, with on-the-road (OTR) prices starting at £35,700 for the e-Hybrid variant and £39,200 ($72,445 CDN) for the fully electric model. This marks the first time the Compass will be offered with an all-electric powertrain.

The new Compass First Edition will be available in two configurations at launch. The e-Hybrid combines a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine with a 21kW electric motor, producing a total of 145 hp. This powertrain enables electric-only driving at low speeds in urban environments without requiring external charging.
The fully electric Compass is powered by a 74kWh battery paired with a front-mounted electric motor delivering 213 hp and 345 Nm (254 lb-ft) of torque. The range is estimated at up to 310 miles. Charging performance includes a 160kW DC fast-charging system capable of delivering a 20–80% charge in 30 minutes.
Additional variants will join the range later. These include a plug-in hybrid with an electric-only range of 51 miles (82 km), a 230 hp two-wheel drive EV with up to 402 miles (647 km) of range, and a four-wheel drive electric version with a maximum range of 372 miles (599 km). All range figures are subject to final WLTP certification.
New Jeep Compass Grows in Size, Adds EV as Global Rollout Begins
The Compass maintains Jeep’s off-road capabilities, offering up to 200mm of ground clearance, a water fording depth of up to 470mm (408mm on the e-Hybrid), and approach, breakover, and departure angles of 20, 15, and 26 degrees respectively. Selec-Terrain traction control is standard on all models.
Exterior options include six colours: Hawaii (standard), Pacific, Antarctica, Amazonia, Yosemite, and Vulcano. A body-coloured roof is standard, with an optional contrast black roof. The e-Hybrid variant comes with 18-inch gloss grey alloy wheels, while the electric version features 20-inch machine-faced black alloys.

Built on the STLA Medium platform, the Compass measures 4.55 metres in length. It offers increased interior space, a 34-litre front storage compartment, and 550 litres of boot capacity.
Interior equipment includes heated front seats and steering wheel, dual-zone air conditioning, and keyless entry. Both variants are fitted with a 10-inch digital instrument cluster and a 16-inch central display. The fully electric version also adds pre-conditioning and a heat pump.
UK orders are expected to open in Q3 2025, with deliveries scheduled to occur at a later date. Details on the new Compass for North America have yet to be shared; however, the model is expected to arrive in 2026.
