Jeep begins 85th anniversary with limited-run Wrangler models, starting with the Moab 392 in Canada.
Moab 392 features 6.4L V8 engine, 470 hp, off-road upgrades, and heritage styling.
Campaign continues with more editions honouring Jeep’s off-road legacy and enthusiast communities.
Jeep has launched the first in a series of limited-edition Wrangler models to mark its 85th anniversary, beginning with the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Moab 392, which brings the HEMI V8 engine back under its bonnet.

The Moab 392, unveiled as part of a yearlong celebration, leads a campaign of scheduled product drops that will introduce new “buzz models” of the Wrangler over the next 12 months. Each edition is designed to honour Jeep’s long-standing off-road legacy and commitment to authentic 4×4 performance.
“Each product release will embody the boldness, authenticity and unapologetic spirit that defines our brand,” said Bob Broderdorf, CEO of Jeep. “It’s an ongoing tribute to the capability, freedom and adventurous DNA that have shaped our brand for generations.”

The first model in the campaign, the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Moab 392, takes its name from Moab, Utah, the site of the annual Easter Jeep Safari, which also marks its 60th anniversary. The edition features a 6.4-litre V8 engine producing 470 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. It is paired with a 4.56 axle ratio, 2.72:1 Selec-Trac full-time transfer case, 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires.
On- and off-road performance is enhanced by dual-mode exhaust, a cold-air intake hood with a water separator, and body-on-frame durability. Exterior details include a body-colour hardtop, rock-protection sill rails, mould-in-colour fender flares, and black tow hooks.

Inside, the Moab 392 features heated black Nappa leather-trimmed seats, a premium Alpine audio system and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with built-in navigation. Optional equipment includes the Sky One-touch powertop, 8,000 lb. WARN winch, and all-weather mats.
Future buzz models are expected to continue this theme, paying homage to iconic Jeep destinations and heritage features.
