Jeep Gladiator Shadow Ops Arrives in Canada as First Model in New “Convoy” Series

Limited-edition 2026 Gladiator Shadow Ops debuts with a factory-installed winch

  • Gladiator Shadow Ops becomes the first midsize pickup offered with a factory-installed winch.

  • The model inaugurates Jeep’s new “Convoy” lineup of off-road-focused special editions.

  • Canadian availability is slated for early 2026, with pricing to be confirmed.

Jeep has introduced the 2026 Gladiator Shadow Ops, a limited-production special edition that kicks off a new “Convoy” initiative centred on off-road performance and tactical design cues. Notably, the Shadow Ops stands out as the first midsize truck to come standard with a factory-installed winch, a Jeep-exclusive feature aimed squarely at off-road enthusiasts.

Serving as the opening chapter in the Convoy series, the Shadow Ops previews a lineup of purpose-built, mission-ready editions. As hinted in a brief YouTube teaser, Jeep says the Convoy campaign is meant to emphasize strength, capability, and unity across future specialized models.

Based on the Gladiator Rubicon, the Shadow Ops package brings a suite of trail-focused hardware. Highlights include heavy-duty steel front and rear bumpers, the factory-installed winch, and a Trailer Tow Package, all designed to enhance recovery capability and overall off-road performance.

Visually, the Shadow Ops adopts a dark, blackout aesthetic. Exterior details include a Satin Black grille, exclusive Shadow Ops graphics on the hood and fenders, and a matching tailgate decal. The truck also features a body-colour, three-piece Freedom Top hardtop and body-colour fender flares. Inside, all-weather slush mats are fitted to help protect the carpeting during muddy or demanding recovery situations.

The Jeep Gladiator Shadow Ops is scheduled to arrive at dealerships across Canada in early 2026. Full Canadian pricing and specifications will be released closer to launch.
