The Lamborghini Huracán featured in Lady Gaga’s music video ‘911’ is the grand prize of a sweepstakes.
Proceeds from the contest will support communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Lambo is priced at $247K USD.
Italian supercar builder Automobili Lamborghini and Lady Gaga are joining hands to help communities in need of support during the global pandemic. And a lucky fan could own the 2020 Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD that starred in the American singer-songwriter’s recently published music video titled ‘911’.
Through the Omaze fundraising platform, Lambo aficionados can enter a sweepstakes to win the gray-painted Huracán, equipped with a naturally aspirated, 5.2L V10 engine that develops 602 horsepower (610 PS) and 413 pound-feet of torque, connected to a dual-clutch seven-speed automated transmission. The automaker claims a 0-to-100 km/h (0-62 mph) time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h (203 mph). The coupe notably features lime green brake callipers as well as seat stitching and piping. The car retails from about $215,000 in the U.S., but according to the content rules, this particular Huracán is worth $246,816 USD.
While people can enter the contest for free, donating to the cause multiplies our chances to win the Lamborghini. Proceeds will go to the Born This Way Foundation, co-founded by Lady Gaga, which “promotes the wellness of young people and works with them to create a kinder and braver world.” The Together Rising organization will also benefit from the contest, which works to connect patrons with the resources to support the direct needs of communities across the United States. In a nutshell, these proceeds will support mental health issues in communities disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s worth pointing out that the winner of the 2020 Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD that was featured in Lady Gaga’s music video must be a resident of the contiguous United States (that excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and must be at least 18 years old to win. Taxes and shipping are included. However, anyone can donate to the cause. Those interested in entering to win the Lamborghini can head to Omaze’s website. The contest closes on December 17th, 2020, and the winner will be announced at the end of January 2021.
