Cadillac has confirmed that its 2026 LYRIQ-V will be the first electric SUV in its V-Series lineup. It is aimed at blending the brand’s improving and hallmark luxury with advanced electric performance. The LYRIQ-V is expected to reach select markets, including the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, in early 2024, with other regions to follow.

The LYRIQ-V introduces Cadillac’s V-Series badge to an all-electric model, positioning it as a pioneering entry that blends Cadillac’s EV advancements with a high-performance focus. This addition underscores Cadillac’s broader objective of enhancing its EV lineup with models catering to luxury and high-performance-minded customers.
The 2026 LYRIQ-V will initially launch in both left-hand and right-hand drive versions, a strategic move intended to appeal to a wider international audience. Additional markets for the LYRIQ-V are expected to be announced over the coming months as Cadillac extends its EV presence worldwide.
“The LYRIQ-V is a truly remarkable representation of the luxury, performance, and innovation prowess that are the foundations of the Cadillac brand,” said John Roth, Vice President of Global Cadillac, in an official statement. Roth emphasized that the LYRIQ-V strengthens Cadillac’s portfolio as it continues to build a diversified selection of EV models for customers globally.
We already think that the Cadillac LYRIQ is an impressive and convincing premium electric SUV. Already fast with its base 500hp, the LYRIQ-V will be a knock-out and a benchmark in a segment that can only grow in members. Pricing in unknown but we expect it will hover between $95,000 and $100,000 to start.
