New 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition Priced At $40,240 In The US

Priced from $40,240 in the US, the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition wants you to be ready for next winter.

  • The Pacifica will offer AWD for the first time in its history.

  • The new Pacifica is a 2021 model year vehicle but FCA wants to feed the demand for AWD early with the 2020 Launch Edition.

  • It’s not even out yet but FCA’s already offering great deals on the minivan.

Let’s make sure we’re all on the same page. A few months ago, FCA revealed the new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica with available AWD and an updated look, but this is not it. Plans for a Launch Edition have moved forward and so you can already order the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition in the US and Canada. Pricing in the US is set at $40,240 while Canadian pricing will be shared at a later date.

5 Questions About the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica

The 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition will be based on the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L and so will not feature the facelift and other upgrades. The Launch Edition will however include a number of add-ons such as the S Appearance package, specific 18-inch wheels, an all-black interior with an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen display, the class-exclusive Stow ‘n Go seating and AWD.

The well-equipped Chrysler minivan will be the first one to offer AWD since the 2004 model year. So again, this is the “old” Pacifica with the 2021’s AWD system. This, then, entitles buyers to a slew of FCA incentives, namely Pacifica Family Pricing, 0% financing for 60 months, and no payments for 120 days (certain conditions apply).
