New 2021 BMW M3 And M4 To Be Revealed On September 23rd

The wait for the unveiling of the most powerful BMW M3 and M4 is almost over


  • Two versions of these cars will be available.

  • AWD and a manual transmission will be offered.


Next week will be a busy one with at least three unveilings including that of the all-new and highly-anticipated G80 BMW M3 and G82 M4. There have been countless leaks, renderings, and much speculation on these two coveted sports cars and we’re now less than a week away from finally seeing the real things.

Yes, we will finally get to see what the real M4 and its oversized kidney will actually look like. Although we’re still not convinced that this was the right design direction to take for BMW, we’re quite certain the cars will be impressive to drive.

So far, it seems very clear that there will be two outputs from the twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre straight 6-cylinder engine. The “base” M3 and M4 will get 473 horsepower variants while the Competition variants will have 30 more horsepower to play with, exactly like the BMW X3 M, for example.

As we also know, a manual transmission will be available mated with RWD cars. The first-ever AWD BMW M3 and M4 will be delivered with an automatic transmission. According to bmwblog.com, the official unveiling of these two cars takes place on September 23rd and at that time, we’ll all find out more about what will surely be the fastest M3 and M4 ever sold by BMW.
