2026 Grand Wagoneer introduces Jeep’s first REEV with 800-km range and 647 horsepower.
Starts at $87,995, featuring refreshed exterior, new trims, and updated digital cockpit.
Built in Michigan as part of Jeep’s electrification strategy, replacing Wagoneer nameplate.
Jeep has fixed the main thing that was wrong with the Wagoneer siblings: The naming strategy. It’s a Jeep now, and it’s clear that Jeep will never again deny one of its products the Jeep name. In the process, “Wagoneer” has been erased, leaving only Grand Wagoneer as it should have been from the onset. While replacing the nomenclature on the bonnet, they figured they might as well spruce up the big SUV in the process.

As such, Jeep has unveiled the 2026 Grand Wagoneer with refreshed styling, updated powertrains, and a simplified model lineup. Pricing starts at $87,995 MSRP ($90,790 with destination and fees), with production expected to begin later this year. The 2025 Wagoneer was priced from $87,895 with fees.
The Grand Wagoneer will also be launched with a more traditional trim walk. Gone are the “Series”, in their stead, there will be a base Grand Wagoneer, Limited, Upland, and Summit.
The Biggest News: REEV
The 2026 Grand Wagoneer will offer two powertrains, including North America’s first range-extended electric vehicle (REEV), in SUV form, which will be available at a later date. The REEV system includes a substantial 92-kWh battery, with power provided to it via a 3.6-litre V6 engine that serves as a generator. The wheels are driven solely by electric motors.

Jeep estimates the REEV system produces 647 horsepower and 620 lb.-ft. of torque, enabling 0–100 km/h acceleration in approximately 5.0 seconds. The model is expected to offer a combined driving range of up to 800 kilometres. These specifications are closely tied to those of the Ramcharger pickup.
A standard 3.0-litre Hurricane Twin Turbo inline-six-cylinder engine is also available, good for 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft. of torque. In its standard output configuration, the engine supports a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. The 510-hp High-Output version is on its way; however, it won’t be offered immediately. Jeep wants to make the new Grand Wagoneer is “solid” before adding a third powertrain option.
Updated Refinement

The 2026 Grand Wagoneer introduces a new more upright front fascia with a wider, illuminated grille and cross-vehicle LED lighting. Jeep has eliminated all chrome accents from the exterior, opting instead for a more modern and sustainable dark finish. The seven-slot grille now features illumination, while new wheel designs range from 18 to 22 inches.
At the rear, full-width LED taillamps echo the theme of the front lighting. New colour options and exterior appearance packages further differentiate trim levels.

Inside, the lineup includes various trims with distinct finishes and materials. The entry-level Grand Wagoneer and Limited models feature monochromatic interiors with Capri or Nappa leather. Upland adds rugged styling, while the Summit trims offer premium upgrades such as open-pore wood, Palermo leather, and a 23-speaker McIntosh audio system.
A redesigned Head-Up Display (HUD), standard on upper trims, provides a wider field of view and longer virtual image distance for improved driver visibility.
