The entry-level Air will be priced below $80,000 before any incentives. It will be the last to be formally introduced and built as it’s not expected to hit the road before some time in 2022. According to Lucid, volume sales will come from the next two trims.

The Touring will be priced from $95,000 and will offer 620 horsepower and up to 406 miles (653 km) of range, numbers that best the Tesla Model S Long Range Plus. The Touring will hit 60 mph (96 km/h) 3.2 seconds and cover the ¼ mile in 11.4 seconds. It will arrive in the fourth quarter of 2021.

For $139,000, the Grand Touring takes range to a new level. This 800-horsepower version will deliver up to 517 miles (832 km) of range, reach 60 mph in 3 seconds, and crush the ¼ mile sprint in only 10.8 seconds. The Grand Touring will be the second version to be delivered come spring of 2021.

The first Lucid Air to be assembled will be the limited-run Dream Edition. This will get the 1,080 horsepower dual-motor setup and will retail for $169,000. The 0-60 mph race will be over in 2.5 seconds and 7.4 seconds later, the 1/4 mile will be over and done with. The maximum range for the Dream Edition is set at 530 miles, or 809 km.

The Lucid Air brings with it a number of firsts as far as EVs are concerned including the title of the current fastest charging EV in the world with a charge rate of up to 20 miles per minute when connected to a DC Fast Charging network. Beyond to longest available range and record-breaking performance, the Air is also the most aerodynamic car luxury car in the world with a coefficient of drag of only 0.21. As well, the Lucid Air’s cabin’s Space Concept makes it one of the most spacious and uniquely crafted and appointed in the industry.
