New Nissan Z Production Model To Be Revealed On August 17th

After more than two years, we’ll finally get to see the real new Nissan Z

  • The debut will take place just ahead of the 2021 NYIAS.

  • Order books were said to open in November but that might change.

We’ll also get to find out what its name will be. For a little over a year, the 400Z has widely become accepted as the new Nissan Z’s final name however it remains unconfirmed.

Nissan has historically used the platform provided by the New York International Auto Show to introduce new models including the 50th Anniversary Edition of the 370Z and GT-R. It’s only fitting that the all-new immensely anticipated Z should debut in the Big Apple, and at one of the premier auto shows in North America.

The most recent pieces of information on the car indicated that order books were presumably to open on November 15th this year. We assumed a reveal would take place on the same day but now Nissan has just informed all that the car will in fact debut on August 17th.

New 2022 Nissan Z Fans Might Get To Place An Order On November 15th

Like you, we very much look forward to finding out if the twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 will in fact power the new Z. We’ll find out in just over two months.
