The teased S650 Mustang get bespoke luggage?
Are we looking at a First Edition?
The launch of a new-generation Ford Mustang is always a significant event. Of all the original pony cars, only the Mustang has carried on uninterrupted for 60 years. And in just over a week, we will be introduced to the all-new 7th-generation car.

You’ll remember that both the Dodge Challenger/Charger and the Chevrolet Camaro were at one point, or another dropped from their respective line-ups, in some cases, more than once. Not so with the Mustang. In fact, Ford’s pony car has consistently been one of if not the best-selling sports cars in the world. Yes, it’s a hot number.
This is why the car industry is very much looking forward to this reveal called the Stampede by Ford. While the codenamed S650 ‘Stang will undoubtedly look like a Mustang, which may upset some fanatics if only for a day or two, it’s the powertrains that most look forward to finding out more about.
Ford recently released a brief teaser video on Twitter where the badge GT Performance is very visible, along with a set of what looks to be bespoke luggage. These two elements have us thinking there will be a Launch or First Edition of the car under a Performance trim that will include unique and collectible bags.
