The Polestar 4 looks to be a coupe-like version of the Polestar 3
Polestar is already present in 25 markets around the world
The Polestar 3 will be officially launched in October
Polestar released a new picture that shows the rear end of the final versions of the Polestar 3 and Polestar 5, as well as teasing the Polestar 4.
The company currently has only one model for sale but it is working on three other vehicles, the first of which will arrive in October of this year.
The Polestar 3 is a performance electric SUV that will be aimed toward the upper end of the premium segment. This model has been teased recently in an image that showed the side of the SUV, but now, the rear end has been revealed. The Polestar 3 will have a slightly curved roof that is lower at the rear and it will feature taillamps that look like a more compact version of the lightbar found on the Polestar 2.
The Polestar 4 has yet to be revealed, hence why it is the only vehicle that is still covered in the image. This model will be a coupe-like SUV that could be a modified version of the Polestar 3. It is due to be launched in 2023 and it should compete with the Tesla Model Y and the Ford Mustang Mach-E, among others.
The Polestar 5 has been shown in leaked patent documents recently, but the image now confirms those drawings were accurate. This means that the electric sports sedan that will arrive in 2024 has a new design for its rear light bar and the lack of a rear window, which is replaced by a longer glass roof that extends behind the rear seats.
According to the company, it now has enough orders to produce around 75,000 vehicles per year and it is now present in 25 countries around the world, which means it is very close to its goal of integrating 30 markets by the end of next year.
