Porsche has unveiled a new special edition of the Panamera to celebrate the model’s 10-year anniversary
The Porsche Panamera 10 Year Edition marks the decade since the Panamera was introduced as Porsche’s four-door sedan back at the 13th Auto Shanghai Auto Show back in 2009.
Ten years later, the Panamera has evolved considerably. A new generation was introduced two years ago and served as the launch point for a redesigned digital interior that is now available on the Cayenne and 911 as well as the Macan. A new Panamera Sport Turismo version was introduced to the lineup in 2018 and the Panamera family currently features 18 different trims. Over 250,000 units have been sold so far.
The Porsche Panamera 10 Year Edition is available on three of those trims: Panamera, Panamera 4 and Panamera 4 E-Hybrid. Pricing hasn’t been announced in Canada, but US pricing puts the 10 Year Edition at $103,300 for the base model and $107,500 for the Panamera 4 10 Year Edition.
Both are powered by a 3.0-litre V6 that makes 330 horsepower and 334 pound-feet of torque. Nothing changes in terms of power. The Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid 10 Year Edition will feature a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 paired with an electric motor that combined develops 457 horsepower. The 10 Year Edition gets the 7.2 kW on-board charger standard.
Visual enhancements of the 10 Year Edition include 21-inch wheels painted in satin White Gold metallic as well as Panamera10 logos up front, inside and on the rear. A black interior with the same White Gold stitching is offered as well.
