Live event happens June 8th
75 years to the day since Porsche started
Porsche is getting ready to throw a party. To celebrate 75 years since the start of the company, Porsche is having a celebration of its vehicles, performance, and brand. And the whole thing will be broadcast live in both German and English.
June 8 1948 is a big day for Porsche. It’s the day the company received its general operating permit, making it the first day for Porsche as a company. So on June 8, 2023, Porsche will celebrate an important milestone.
There will be five acts in the livestream which starts at 9:40 pm Stuttgart time (3:40 pm Eastern). They include themes of Heritage, Zeitgeist, Performance, Pioneering Spirit and Dreams. Porsche will bring historic and current models together along with brand ambassadors and fans for the livestream performance.
Porsche will also show off its “Driven by Dreams. 75 years of Porsche Sports Cars” special exhibition. The day after the livestream, the exhibition at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart will open to the public.
