Getting Up Close and Personal with the All-New 2022 Ford Maverick

There are many interesting aspects about the small truck including price, efficiency, and capabilities. And the buying public interested in such things has taken notice. We reported recently that a large portion of reservation holders are based in the Los Angeles area but, thanks to Ford Authority’s report, we can also say that the Maverick is also attracting many new possible owners to the brand.

Many current Toyota and Honda owners have signed up for a Maverick and a considerable number of them are males under the age of 40, or precisely the group Ford targeted. Many Ford sedan owners, first-time truck buyers, and fleet customers are in line for a new Maverick.

The 2022 Ford Maverick is priced from just under $20,000 in the US and just shy of $26,000 in Canada for the FWD hybrid version. The more powerful 2.0-litre EcoBoost version is available with AWD.
