Shelby American has reintroduced its two-door F-150 Super Snake Sport for the 2026 model year. This marks the return of the company’s street-focused performance pickup after a three-year hiatus. Production will be limited to 500 trucks, with assembly handled by Shelby Performance in Bristol, Indiana.

The regular-cab model is based on the Ford F-150 XL 4×4 equipped with Ford’s 5.0L V8. Standard output remains 400 hp, though buyers wanting more can choose an optional Shelby-engineered supercharger that raises output to more than 810 hp when using 93-octane fuel. The supercharger is available only through Shelby’s post-title conversion program.

The latest Super Snake Sport was developed to deliver sports-car handling while retaining the utility of a full-size pickup. The company has equipped the truck with an adjustable lowered suspension featuring KING coilover shocks, rear traction bars and Baer oversized drilled and slotted brake rotors to improve stopping performance.

Numerous exterior revisions distinguish the Super Snake Sport from the donor F-150. The truck receives a Shelby-designed ram-air hood, revised front fascia, painted grille, aerodynamic ground effects, rocker graphics, rally stripes, functional fender vents, 22-inch Shelby alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin performance tires, and a Borla side-exit exhaust system..

Inside, the cabin features Shelby-designed top-grain leather seat covers, carbon-fibre-look trim, billet racing pedals, embroidered floor mats, digital gauges, console badging and serialized Shelby Registry plaques identifying each vehicle.

Shelby says the return of the model is the result of continued demand from dealers and enthusiasts for a high-performance two-door pickup. The company noted that the previous-generation Super Snake Sport earned a reputation for its acceleration and track capability before production ended.

The 2026 Shelby F-150 Super Snake Sport carries a starting MSRP of US$115,795 in its supercharged configuration, including the donor truck. Shelby includes a three-year/36,000-mile limited warranty for the original owner, while Ford’s factory powertrain warranty remains in effect. Each truck will be documented in the Shelby Registry and sold through select Shelby Performance Ford dealers across the United States.
