The news will be good, we think.
The announcement will come from Toyota Gazoo Racing and Subaru.
Might it be an AWD hot hatch?
There isn’t much to this story other than a date and a brief breakdown of what will take place on April 5th. The event, which will be held by Toyota Gazoo Racing and Subaru, is entitled: “Let’s make a good car together! Talk session.” Keeping in mind what these collaborators have come up with in the past, this “chat” can only lead to good news.
Subaru And Toyota Might Be Jointly Developing An AWD Hot Hatch
In early February, we reported on rumours about this car which, in all likelihood, will be the final petrol-powered WRX STI and possibly a GR Corolla using the same platform and powertrain. Toyota Gazoo and Subaru have extensive experience in the fields of compact, high-power, serious performance, and all-surface driving dominance. This is why we’re convinced thundering applause from performance driving enthusiasts will be heard all over the globe.
The presentation, according to Toyota GR and Subaru, will be a casual affair. It will happen under a “Talking about the thoughts and joint development story of pursuing “making better cars” approach and we can’t wait to hear what they have to say.
Monday, April 5th, you can tune in on the Toyota GR or on the Subaru websites to watch the show.
