The 10 Best Affordable Sports Cars in Canada

These are the 2019 most affordable sports cars currently on sale in Canada.

The idea of affordable sports cars can be misleading, especially considering that the cheapest car on this list starts at just under $30,000. That’s not pocket change and the following models are far from being included in our cheapest cars in Canada ranking. Still, they deliver above-average performance and handling for a lot less money than, say, a base German luxury sedan.

The fun factor and value they provide is undeniable. And so, if you’re in the market for a sports car that won’t break the bank, the following 10 affordable options are a great place to start.

Our personal pick would be the 2019 Subaru WRX because it’s the only vehicle on this list with all-wheel drive and it’s faster than most of the affordable sports cars below. The Ford Mustang is by far the best bang for your buck here while the Subaru BRZ and Toyota 86 are the best when it comes to pure handling. The Volkswagen GLI was just recently redesigned and is the most comfortable and refined of the list.
